A new way to think about carbs

When it comes to dieting and carbohydrates, I usually say that an all low-carb diet is the way to go. However, after reading this post from Chris Powell I am now rethinking how I think about carbs. Chris Powell basically advocates ‘carb cycling’ which essentially is alternating between high-carb and low-carb days to help you lose weight. He provides 3 different plans ‘the fit cycle, the classic cycle, and the turbo cycle’ depending on your weight loss goals.
